Soft Laser Therapy

The word LASER is an abbreviation of Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. This designation covers some very complicated scientific phenomenon’s, the result of which giving laser light (soft laser) two distinct and essential properties: Monochromatism and Coherence.

Monochromatism means that soft laser is of one, and only one wavelength, or in other words, the colour of soft laser is very clean.

Coherence is the fact that all lightwaves emitted from a laser source are of exactly the same frequency and phase. Where the lightwaves are coherent the energy received is 100 to 1000 times larger therefore, laser is able to deliver energy in a very concentrated form.

The soft laser used at the Clinic does not cut, burn or cause any discomfort but stimulates tissue and tissue repair. It can be used as an alternative to acupuncture in many cases.

Its uses range from the treatment of burns, wounds, leg ulcers, scar adhesions, back problems, muscle spasms and many sports injuries to the treatment of acupuncture points.
